All of our accommodation is just a short walk from fishing lakes. However if you’d like to stay right on the lake then please book one of the following: -

Grebes Nest Glamping Pod floats on Home Water trout lake (fly fishing only)

The Raft - floats on its own private lake containing small coarse fish (roach/rudd/perch) It also has a hot tub.

Carpers Cabin - designed specifically for anglers who are looking for a little more comfort than a bivvy. It is also suitable for those who wish to ‘travel light’ and leave their bed chair and bivvy at home. Swim 1 is reserved for anglers staying in Carpers Cabin. Carpers cabin is off grid, however it does have solar powered lighting and charging points.

We also host occasional events such as The Halloween Maze.

Yes, we have a small seasonal bait and tackle shop and cafe ‘Ricky’s Bait and Tackle’ near the coarse lake car park. Open (April - Oct) Tuesday 9.30-3.30, Friday 9.30am - 9pm, Saturday 7am - 3.30pm.

No, we don’t hire any fishing tackle. Basic kits can be purchased easily from angling direct or ‘go outdoors’ for coarse fishing.
